The house engages a difficult site with dauntingly steep topography and water coursing through, but these challenges allow for a house with its bi-nuclear planning of accommodation as two inter-inked pavilions to be placed on platforms, each perched on two cross walls, so touching the earth lightly, yet engaging views through tree-top foliage as a faience.

Light and lightness seem to be the signature themes, richly deserving of an Award of Merit
