Construction Communication
Network(Pty) Limited is a joint venture intitiative between
the South African Institute of Architects, the Association
of South African Quantity Surveyors and private investors.
The CCN business model
is the result of six years of research into worldwide
best practices, tried and tested in other countries. The
result is the CCN Portal - an innovative web service built
by construction professeionals for construction professionals.
In some ways the web based
services offered by CCN are similar to other web based
services such as Google, Yahoo and Facebook - but in other
ways they are very different. CCN's services have been
specifically tailored for the construction industry in
South Africa, and in this way are far more relevant to
practitioners in the construction industry.
